Listen, WhyDoWeAll,

I can be every bit as Ignorant, Two Faced, Egotistical, and most of all, Insecure as anyone else, but the thing is, i don't let myself. I have a part of me that is like that, but i subdue it. I slay it when it arises. The thing is not, not being Ignorant, or Egotistical, or Insecure, it's not letting it influence you, not letting it take over.
It would just be so easy to let myself be like that, but, whenever i am feeling like that, i stop and think about what i'm doing, and how it is affecting other people, and if it is bad, i better myself, and make it good.
You know what i'm saying?
I'd like to finish off with a quote.

"I used to stand up for what I believe in. Now, i believe in what I stand up for."

And, just for the record, "Let they who are without sin throw the first stone!"

Yes, i myself am not without sin. I have been ignorant in the past, and it ruined my life.
Back in Grade School ,i had friends. "Nerds" actually. I had nice things.
I started to make fun of a good friend.....actually i was jealous of him.
I got popular because i hated him........

But he didn't care...and he dated the girl i liked.
My ignorance got me nowhere.
My friend was the best friend we could ask for.
But.....well.....i broke off contact.
Then i went downhill.
I was popular, yes, but i found out they had used me, like i used most of my friends.
When i was, "dried up", I went back to my old friends. They all resented me.
ALL OF THEM.
Except one. The one i "Hated"
He told everyone that we all needed a second chance.
So i was accepted...and things went uphill. We are still good friends.

Since you are here to help, I need your help with this question:

Who are you?

I see your many points WhyDoWeAll. And, it's not as unlike what i have been through myself. But please.
I must stand up for what i believe in, which is the sanctity of my friendships, and believe in what i stand up for, which i do.
So, in standing up for my friends, i must ask you,
ever so kindly,
To Back Off.
I do believe that you are trying to help us, and that is a good thing.
But you are going about it in the wrong way by telling us (my friends) that we (my friends) are ignorant, self absorbed, two faced, and overall, egotistical, megalomaniacs, (which may be partly true)
but still, I believe in what i stand up for, and i believe that my friends and i can better ourselves. (possibly with your help)

But the distance you went to cover for me was a little overblown.
I lied.
I got this site from Near from the NTSD board.
He said we could use a little counseling and advisoring....espezially him.
So i came, and was distrusted...and above all deleted.
